Hambuster - Supinfocom (2010)

During our final year at Supinfocom Arles, our team—Paul Alexandre, Maxime Cazaux, Dara Cazamea, Romain Delaunay, and myself (Bruno Ortolland)—co-directed and produced our graduation short film, Hambuster.

You like having lunch in a quiet place... But what if your lunch doesn't?

Conceived as a high-quality 3D animated horror-comedy, the film blends slapstick humor with monster-movie tropes.

  • Synopsis: An unsuspecting man sitting on a park bench prepares to enjoy his quiet lunch. However, things take an apocalyptic turn when his hamburger springs to life, sprouting monstrous teeth and a deadly appetite. What begins as a peaceful afternoon rapidly devolves into a hilarious, blood-soaked, action-packed 3D animated horror extravaganza as the carnivorous patty wreaks havoc on everything in its path.
